Independent Certification

Proof of skill, on the record.

We check whether you can do the work, not how long you sat in a classroom. You get your topics ahead of time, you show a senior professional what you can do, in person, and any employer can look up the result.

One standard across every category, for students, career-changers, and senior professionals.

The Certification

One examination. Your field.

We certify by examination. We don't sell courses. You receive your topic outline ahead of your exam, you prepare however suits you, and the assessment is in person, examiner-led, and never multiple choice.

  • In person: your identity is checked at the door, and no two exams are the same.
  • Judged by senior professionals: people who still work in your field, paid the same fee whether you pass or fail.
  • Your topics, shared ahead of time: you know what you'll be assessed on before you walk in.
  • Registry ID and written feedback: any employer can check your credential in seconds.

Most examinations cost between $1,000 and $3,000, depending on the field, region, and sitting. Your exact fee is quoted in writing before you register. Every fee pays for a senior professional's time, and that's what makes the result worth having.

Beyond these categories, we build custom certifications on request for most fields where a degree is the usual way in, from the applied sciences to specialized business and technology. The catalog is where we start, not where we stop.

The Standard

Why a Maxwell Rich credential means something.

Anyone can print a certificate. Ours means a person who does the work watched you do it, and the recording backs them up.

Examiner-led, in person

Every candidate sits face to face with a senior professional who still works in their field. Nothing is auto-graded. Examiners are paid for the time each exam takes, so nobody has a reason to rush.

Standardized topics, non-standardized exams

You get your topic outline ahead of your exam, but no two exams are the same. There's no question bank to leak and no answer key to cram. You show what you can do on real problems, in the room.

A public, verifiable registry

Every credential carries a unique registry ID. Employers can verify authenticity and standing in seconds, so nobody has to take a credential on faith.

Standards that hold their value

Topic outlines are checked against how the work is done today, every cycle, and the bar never moves to hit a sales target. A credential earned this year should mean what one earned five years ago meant.

Who It's For

Built for where you are.

For Students

Graduate with more than a degree.

Show employers you can do the job, not only that you passed the classes. A senior professional watched you do real work, and anyone hiring can check it in seconds.

For Professionals

Make your experience visible.

You've done the work. Now let people see it. One exam turns years of practice into a record employers and clients can check in the public registry in seconds.
