We certify people by watching them do the work, in person, and the examiner is the whole point. We're looking for senior professionals who still practice to assess candidates in their own field, on their own schedule, for a set fee per exam.
We don't sell courses and we don't use multiple choice. Candidates prepare on their own from a topic outline shared with them ahead of the exam, then sit a practical, in-person examination. Your job is what only a senior professional can do: put real work in front of a candidate, watch them do it, and judge it the way the industry would.
The credential is only as good as the people who judge it. We'd rather leave a region uncovered than lower the bar.
You're paid a fixed fee for every exam you run, agreed in writing up front, and it's the same whether the candidate passes or fails. No part of your pay ever depends on the result, so there's never a money reason to pass anyone, or to fail them.
Fees vary by category and region and are quoted during onboarding, in writing, before you accept your first sitting.
You work with us as an independent examiner, not an employee. You keep your practice, set your own availability, and accept only the sittings you want. Your name is kept on our private examiner registry. Your work goes through quality review and an internal rating based on the post-certification success of candidates you pass, the completeness of your evidence records, and your record on appeal.
Every session you run is recorded end to end. Candidates can contest a result, and a different senior examiner re-reviews the evidence independently. You'll never be asked to judge an appeal of your own assessment. The full terms are in the Examiner Services Agreement you'll receive before signing anything.
Examining is local, so we're building our network field by field and region by region. Tell us who you are and how you'd like to help. It takes two minutes, and a person reads every reply.
If you've spent a career learning what good work looks like, this is where that judgment counts for something beyond your own desk.
